Urbana is a short abstract piece expressing the relationship between two songwriters who meet in a small town and fall for each other almost as quickly as they fall apart. Nothing is perfect...but the memories. Urbana was WCProductions' first short. Shot in Urbana Illinois. Adapted from the stage play, Sing You a Song, written by Weinstein, and developed in residence at the University of Arkansas while pursuing his MFA. Cast and crew live around the nation; Arkansas, California, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Montana and New York represented.
